Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors are generally not permitted to withdraw submitted or published manuscripts unless there are compelling reasons. Manuscript withdrawal is strongly discouraged, as it wastes valuable resources, including the time and effort invested by editors, reviewers, and the publisher throughout the editorial process.

If an author insists on withdrawing a manuscript, they must complete and submit an Article Withdrawal Form signed by all authors or the corresponding author. The form must clearly state the reasons for the withdrawal request. Authors should not assume that their manuscript has been withdrawn until they receive formal confirmation from the editorial office. It is considered unethical to withdraw a manuscript from one journal if it has already been accepted by another journal.
