Author Guideline

  • Language
    Manuscripts must be written in standard English or Indonesian, using clear, academic, and formal language.

  • Manuscript Length and Format
    The manuscript length ranges from 7 to 20 pages, written on A4 paper size with the following specifications:

    • Top margin: 3 cm

    • Left margin: 0.98 inch

    • Right margin: 0.98 inch

    • Bottom margin: 0.98 inch

    • Text alignment: Justified

    • Line spacing: 1.15

    • Font type: Cambria

  • Manuscript Structure
    The manuscript must consist of the following main sections, as reflected in the journal layout

    1. Paper:

    • Introduction

    • Research Method

    • Results and Discussion

    • Conclusion

    • References

  • Title
    The title should be concise, informative, and representative of the manuscript content. It must be written clearly and placed at the top of the first page.

  • Author Information
    Author names are written without academic titles, followed by:

    • Institutional affiliation

    • Country

    • Email address
      The corresponding author must be clearly identified.

  • Abstract
    The abstract must be written in two languages (English and Indonesian).

    • Maximum length: 250 words for each language

    • Written in narrative form, covering:

      • Purpose / objectives

      • Method

      • Findings / significance

  • Keywords
    Keywords consist of 3–5 words or phrases that are specific, relevant, and representative of the article content.

  • Citation and Reference Style
    The manuscript must follow APA Style 7th Edition (APA 7) for in-text citations, references, tables, and figures.

  • References

    • References should primarily consist of journal articles and scholarly sources

    • At least 80% of references should be published within the last five years

    • All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list and vice versa

       

  • Submission System
    Manuscripts must be submitted in .doc or .docx format through the journal’s Open Journal System (OJS).
    Authors must register an account before submission.

  • Author Metadata
    All author information must be completely filled in during the submission process, including:

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Institutional affiliation

    • Short biography (Bio Statement)
      For manuscripts with more than one author, click “Add Author” in Step 3 (Enter Metadata) and complete each author’s information.

  • Correspondence and Review Process
    All correspondence regarding the manuscript, including editorial decisions and review results, will be conducted via email and through the OJS system. Authors may check the manuscript status by logging into their OJS account.
